Welcome to the Swiss Institute
of Service Science
The Swiss Institute of Service Science is a R&D consortium dedicated to the emerging Service Science and Services Engineering disciplines. It is a joint venture of the School of Engineering at Zurich University of Applied Sciences, the Geneva School of Business Administration of the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland, the School of Applied Psychology of the University of Applied Sciences North-West Switzerland and the Institute of Technology Management and Transfer Center for Technology Management of the University of St. Gallen. The member institutions have gathered together to cover the full spectrum of required competences and skills and to offer enough resources to develop complex projects in this interdisciplinary field.
